New NEMA IEC NM Body Phantom – New standard for PET and SPECT acceptance testing

Capintec introduces the NEMA IEC NM Body Phantom, a next-generation phantom developed for PET and SPECT system acceptance, calibration, and performance verification.

This redesigned model combines precision, simplicity, and full NEMA/IEC compliance. Its human-shaped elliptical geometry enables realistic testing while improving usability through several key innovations: a Cam-Lock IEC lid, press-fit lung cylinder, relief port to minimize trapped air, and dual 28 mm spheres ensuring NEMA NU1/NU2 compliance.

An Upgrade Kit, included in the launch offer until December 31, 2025, expands testing capabilities for advanced quantitative SPECT and theranostic workflows.
