The MIMI Phantom (Multiple Imaging Modality Isocentricity) is designed for IGRT QA to verify the coincidence of the treatment isocenter defined by room lasers, imaging systems (CBCT, OBI, XVI), and the radiation beam.
With its embedded fiducials, the phantom allows checks of:
- Room laser alignment
- 3D cone beam CT systems (CBCT, OBI, XVI)
- MV/kV isocenter coincidence
- Optical guidance systems and graticules
- 6D couch accuracy (pitch, roll, yaw)
Constructed from cross-linked polystyrene with bone-equivalent PVC rods, the MIMI Phantom is compact, lightweight, and easy to use for both daily and periodic QA.
