The PBU-90 Rugged Whole Body Phantom is an adult anthropomorphic model engineered to withstand repeated handling in training and research.
Made from tissue- and bone-equivalent materials with increased durability, it provides X-ray absorption and HU values close to the human body.
Its realistic joints allow for faithful patient positioning, and the phantom can be disassembled into 10 parts for easier transport and reduced maintenance.
Compared to the PBU-50/60, the bone details in the hands and feet are simplified to enhance ruggedness.
It is ideally suited for teaching patient positioning, basic X-ray practice, CT imaging, and scenarios requiring intensive handling.
