The Hollow Sphere ECT/HS-60/A is designed to simulate a large hot or cold spherical lesion, with an inner diameter of 60 mm, outer diameter of 63 mm, and a volume of approximately 113 mL.
It is compatible with all Data Spectrum circular and elliptical ECT phantoms, enabling direct integration into quantitative imaging and QA setups.
This sphere is used for quantitative evaluation of attenuation and scatter effects, as well as for assessment of reconstruction algorithms and nuclear imaging performance testing.
Manufactured from clear PMMA (acrylic), it provides excellent visibility and durability for laboratory use.
