LUCY™ EA – End-to-End SRS QA Phantom

The LUCY EA is designed for comprehensive SRS and SGRT QA, enabling validation of stereotactic workflows including HyperArc multiple metastases processes. Its open-mask phantom design with tool-less insert access reduces variability and setup time while enhancing reproducibility.

Key inserts include:

• Multiple Target 3D Film Insert – four separate targets with ventricle avoidance structure and six film planes to verify dose delivery.
• Multiple Target Winston-Lutz Insert – five discrete targets (one at isocenter, four offset) for position verification and hidden target tests.
• Orthogonal Film Insert – three target sizes, bisected by two film planes, for precise isocentric verification.
• 6DoF Shift Plate – localizes to couch index bar for daily 6 DoF IGRT QA.

The phantom also features pseudo-anthropomorphic anatomy (eye sockets, nose, vertebrae, spinal cord) and is manufactured from water-equivalent, SGRT-trackable Virtual Water.
