The Capintec CRC-55tPET Dose Calibrator is designed for demanding nuclear medicine and PET applications. It is based on a deep-well ionization chamber optimized for high-energy PET nuclides, enabling reliable and stable measurement of high activity levels, particularly for Fluorine-18.
By combining reduced chamber pressure with high bias voltage, the system allows accurate measurement of activities up to 20 Ci of F-18. The user interface features an 8-inch VGA color touch screen, providing intuitive navigation and easy access to measurement and quality control functions.
More than 80 nuclides are stored in memory, with automatic decay correction based on date and time. Integrated automated quality control tests, built-in self-diagnostics, and automatic zero and background subtraction ensure simple operation and compliance with nuclear medicine regulatory requirements.
The CRC-55tPET Dose Calibrator is compatible with nuclear medicine management systems and can be configured with optional components such as an additional chamber, a remote display, or a printer for regulatory reports and patient labels.
