The Capintec CRC-55tR Dose Calibrator is designed to deliver speed, accuracy and reliability for routine nuclear medicine dose measurement and preparation. It is based on a high-pressure deep-well ionization chamber, a proven Capintec design capable of measuring activities up to 6 Ci (250 GBq) with high accuracy.
The system features an 8-inch VGA color touch screen with a menu-driven interface that is easy to learn and use in daily clinical practice. Data entry is fast thanks to a full alphanumeric touch keypad and 28 programmable nuclide keys.
More than 80 nuclides are stored in memory, with automatic half-life management and decay correction based on date and time. Integrated automated quality control tests, built-in self-diagnostics, and automatic zero and background subtraction make the CRC-55tR exceptionally easy to operate.
The CRC-55tR Dose Calibrator is compatible with nuclear medicine management systems, supports advanced linearity and geometry testing, and can be configured with a second chamber, a printer, or accessories dedicated to Molybdenum-99 assay.
